Hello,
A few minutes ago I booted up my computer and got a BIOS warning saying that i should back up my data since my drive health became critical and then confirmed this by using Dashboard. I’ve been trying to contact support to get assistance since my product is covered by a 5-year warranty but the phone number doesn’t seem to work in my region and the live chat service doesn’t seem to cover warranty topics.
Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the WD Technical Support team for the best assistance and troubleshooting: https://support-en.wd.com/app/ask
Yes, thank you very much, I found out the correct channel to contact support directly and already started the RMA process. Just a quick question, I am going to send the SSD in it’s original package, Should i also send the documentation that came with the product or should i keep it? it’s basically the only thing that comes in the box apart from the SSD itself
A “Drive Health Critical” warning after just one year? That’s definitely a concern! It could be due to manufacturing issues or heavy usage. Back up your data ASAP and consider a replacement. And if you want to know how to store spore syringes, keep them in a cool, dark spot—like a fridge—to preserve their viability.
It sounds like your drive’s health is already critical after just a year. Regular maintenance and reliable tech reviews can help prevent this. Similarly, choosing a vaporizer with Vaporizer Reviews can ensure quality and durability. Investing in well-reviewed products often means fewer issues down the line.
