Wishing and Hoping someone has a solution. Currently have a G-Tech 4T Drive that has been great when working with small files. Now I am having trouble copying / converting a 119 gig file. The drive will spin down and remount itself after 10 to 15 minutes. Formatted as NTFS and working in Windows 8… The advanced power settings
and configuration is set to not sleep for 180 minutes.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Any other configuration Suggestions. Unfortunately it is the only copy of the video file and need it for my final this Thursday…
