After several hours it disappears and windows 10 laptop does not see it anymore. I used different USB ports on laptop, changed cables and tried with different laptops, with no success.
I uninstalled the driver next to the the unrecognized USB drive and let windows install driver again, with no success.
If I unplug the drive and plug it back it again, it works fine for several hours.
