I ordered one - we will see! I tried a local store, it was in the old packaging - turns out it was V2. Aw well. The thing is, I think this silver 8gb sounds better than my red 4g I bought over the holidays! It must be defective, the midrange and highs are much more open on this 8gb silver. Ill just return the Red one - maybe keep this Silver one and the refurb… just curious to try Rockbox! Thanks!
