I was told the WD Passport Ultra would support Windows 10. The User manual says it supports Windows 8.1, 8, 7.1 and Vista. Do I need a special Windows 10 driver?

Most of the portable drives are plug and play and they should work with most of the OS on the market. By the time that this passport was released, Windows was not out yet.
As a recommendation, make sure that you have all the latest updates available for the USB ports on your computer.
