Discrepancy of Western Digital SN770 1TB SSD memory capacity

Good afternoon.
I recently purchased a new SSD WD SN770 1TB to my laptop.
During first installation capacity of my SSD was 1TB (correctly 930GB).
But over time laptop displayed only 500GB on this SSD…
What could be the problem?
