Difference between WD My Book Essential 4TB USB3.0 and WD My Book 4TB USB3.0

Have the WD My Book Essential 1TB USB 3.0. Want to add the 4TB version of the same. Tried purchasing on line. For the 3rd time the sellers have sent the WD My Book 4TB USB3.0 version, which has a grey panel where the WD logo is in front, quite unlike the Essential version, which only has the WD logo in front, and the word Essential inscribed on the back panel. How can I get the Essential version from the on line seller? Their website shows image of the correct version but have sent the WD My Book 4TB USB3.0 instead. Please advise. Many thanks

Thank you for your quick response. Having studied the websites of both the
online sellers the model numbers are as follows:-

  1. My Book Essential 4TB USB3.0 is WDBACW0040HBK
  2. My Book 4TB USB 3.0 is WDBFJK0040HBK - BESN, which is now sitting on my
    desk in its sealed blue box.
    Had ordered the item No. 1 but for the 3rd time I have been sent item No.
  3. Both the on line sellers clearly show the Essential model, with a
    slightly higher price tag, but have sent the item no. 2.
