Data Recovery from My Passport 500gb

Dear Friends,

In an accident My Passport (500 gb) fell on the ground and since then it is not operational. When plugged in, it gives a whining sound and after 10 to 15 seconds gets tripped with a sound of “Click”. I have checked with local distributors and Hard Disk Repairers but none is able to either repair or retrieve data from it.

I request you to tell me a way out how to have my data recovered. Awaiting for your support.

Do it yourself recovery on dropped drives rarely works. If you intend to try professional recovery don’t try anything yourself and cause more damage.
