Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check) / Status Code = 07

Hi,

I am receiving the above error when connecting my external HD to the laptop.  When running a quick test, I am getting a Status Code = 07, and not going any further.

Pls advise the best way to identify and review the issue with my hard drive.

if you tested the drive with DLG
