I tried to install Dashboard ver. 3.8.2.9 (latest version for downloading) on a Windows 11 system with an ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming ITX/ax Motherboard, a 3800X processor and a WD_Black 500GB SN770 NVMe boot drive. The program loads and loads and loads and never ends! Restarting the system does not work correctly I have to shut it off and then reboot before it will return to normal! The SN770 drive works just fine.
I installed the same software on a Windows 11 system with an MSI X570 motherboard, a 5600X processor and a couple of WD hard drives and it loads quickly and runs as advertised.
I don’t know if it is the MB or the SN770 drive but the software is totally unusable. Other people must be experiencing the same problem?! Help appreciated.
I did try calling WD Support and got someone from the Philippines that had a problem with English. I gave up after several minutes when I could not even communicate my email address to him!
