In 7, 8.1 and 10 Dashboard Software on an 2 TB SSD SD Ultra does not start or crashes with BEX fault. Support says not our problem but MS problem !

I sent them data from Windows, fault codes and so on. Windows events and so on. They cant read or open even not by zip. So I stopped the case. I even got a phone call. No I stopped the case because they only steal my time. They even told me it is a windows problem. Though not.
Fault: BEX and c0000409 or cx0000409. Buffer overflow.
Is there anywhere an offline installer ?? None found in internet.
No. I told them the faults see above. They wanted to have more data. Sent with zip. But they do not open / get because their rules. Other way does not work. The developpers can work with this information. It is enough in my opinion.
