Connecting to My Cloud

Have My Passport Portable drive but unable to connect to My Cloud which keeps asking for 9 digit code which is located on rear of unit - except its not. Incidentally following crash of former unit(laptop) I had to format the drive. When I first plugged unit into laptop it had all the software on it! How do I reinstall original software on the unit?

Please know that the 9 digit code is for the My Cloud Home not for the My Cloud. Also, you can refer to the link given below in order to download all the WD Software which is compatible with this drive.
