Complete Backup of C drive with My Passport

How do I do a system image backup of C drive? I don’t see that option anywhere.

Smartware doesn’t do that it only backs up certain file types. You want something like Acronis true Image they have  try and buy. Macrium, Paragon and EaseUS all have free stripped down versions.

Thank you for your reply. I did end up using Acronis True Image and it worked like a charm.

For number of years, I have been backing up my PCs on WDMy Passport drives using Acronis True Image software.  Recently I lost backup data on MyPassport drive. Although WD could not retrieve the lost data, but I received par excellent support from WD.

I got the impression from WD personnel  that WD had available for its customers a free use of Acronis software, I am not

sure if it is on My Passport drive or available from the website.

I will appreciate of being advised on availability of Acronis through WD.

I will also welcome being updated of any new or improved software for imaging hard drive and also input on cloud imaging.
