I cannot get my clip to navigate back to home from the radio.
Before that when I downloaded songs - It said - No Song.

Just to be sure: did you press the home button (small button on the Clip’s front at the upper right of the wheel, with the house picture next to it)?
Yes, I tried the home button.
I also tried holding down the large button in the middle of the wheel while plugging it into the computer.
Would a soft re-set help? On switch in the uppermost position for 15-20 seconds.
that did not work, but putting it on lock and holding in the middle button of the wheel did. A pop up window came up and showed new hardware being added.
