I have made a folder on my iPhone with 50 something videos, but when I navigate to it in the MyCloud app, to import them to my WD Wireless pro, there is only one file showing in that folder.
Does anyone know why, or what I can do? Its the same thing if I’m trying to locate them in the photo roll, there is just the one file showing of those files.
I can’t see all my photos or videos either. I have a few thousand video and photos on my phone, but when in the MyCloud app it says only 600…
Even if i connect my phone to the USB port, I can’t see those files in the MyCloud app even if I’m browsing my iPhone. I see them in the camera roll on the phone, but not in any other way… so how the h*ll can i get them off my phone and into my drive then?
