Cannot find drive on Network!

I have a 2TB MyBookLive drive and I am using Windows 10 64 bit. I am unable to find the drive on my network anywhere! The drive is attached directly to my hub. I have tried using the various WD tools (Discovery, Drive Utilities, Smartware) etc but to no avail. They all tell me that no drive is connected. I am using Genie 9 Timeline to keep my laptop backed up and this software recognises the drive. I can also browse my drive by using the WD My Cloud software so I know he drive is attached and working. However as far as Windows is concerned the drive doesnt exist! If I try to Add Device in Windows the drive cannt be found. Why is this drive ‘invisible’ ??

Try to check if any antivirus software or firewall software is blocking the device from showing on the computer.
