I dropped my external hard drive on carpet and plugged it back into my laptop, the drive does not show up anywhere in disk mgmt/windows explorer…nowhere!!! Tried to use Easeus for data recovery but again external hard drive doesn’t show at all. Any help would greatly be appreciated
