Hi i think my portable HD (my passport) is having a lot of bad sector. can i fix it with while using a laptop window 7? thanks in advance.
Find your drive at WD site and get the Digitla Life Guard and run that it will test the drive. You can also use it to format the drive by writing zeroes. Soemtimes that fixes bad sectors.
