Can not connect 2 * MyBook 2TB drives to Windows7 32bit

WD External and Portable SSD External SSD for Windows

I have 2 * 2TB MyBook external drives. Individually, both work fine. However when I try and connect both, only the first one connected is recognised by windows.

How do I fix this?
