My son purchased a Billboard 1000 song memory card from Radio Shack for my Blackberry Storm 2 9550. He has the same phone, and the store rep inserted the card which played. When I tried to do the same, even downloading the slotradio app, nothing happened. it didn’t recognize the card. How can I get the unit to play?
Assuming that the card is a slotradio+ (not a regulard slotradio) and your carrier is verizon, it should work with your mobile phone. I dont have a slotradio+ card but here’s what i found on their website that might help.
