Best way to uninstall G-Speed?

Hi,

We recently purchased a G-Speed Shuttle Thunderbolt 3. Had no problems setting it up and it’s working fine, but the G-Speed software has started refusing to open. I wanted to check the best way to uninstall it please, before reinstalling. Is it just a ‘drag to trash’ or is there a dedicated uninstaller somewhere?

Any response to this? I have the same question–but it’s because I’m returning the device, not reinstalling. Thanks.
