Hello SanDisk Community,

We have just released a new Beta version of SanDisk Memory Zone (Version 3.1) to Google Play.

Download Using Google Play Store:

You can become a “Beta Tester” using this below link from your Android phone.

Once “Become a Tester” is clicked, you can download the new Beta version from Play store after 30 minutes. You will automatically receive updates to the beta app once you opt in to participate.

Where and how will we report issues and problems at?

Problem 1. Memory Zone stops and will not play how to video when the notice pops up stating permissions required, Android OS 4.4 has restricted access to the microSD card with link to view how to video, it pops up can’t play video, please try again and when ok button is clicked, the program stops.
