Smartware was installed on my new Win7 machine two months ago, but it has stopped working. When I go to the backup tab and push the button to start the backup to My Book Essential, nothing happens. What am I missing?

On the backup tab check the data for backup and data backed up and compare
On the backup tab, the software never indicates any change in data to be backed up. It doesn’t appear to be doing anything at all.
