Backing up My Passport Studio to a My Book

I have my entire iPhoto Library on a 1TB My Passport Studio and do not keep a copy on the Mac HD for space reasons.  I also have a My Book that I run regular backups to from the Mac.  Is there a way to also backup the My Passport Studio to the My Book each time I do my regular backup?  I know I can drag the iPhoto Library to the My Book, but if I do that everytime I want to backup, will it create another copy of the entire iPhoto Library or will it just update with the new files. Just looking for something easy to keep a backup of my iPhoto Library, also have some iMovies i keep on My Passport Studio.

The preferred method to backup your files on Mac is Time Machine.

This software will backup the picture files to the external drive but it will not backup from one internal drive to another.
