First time posting, so apologies that I did not exhaustively search the forums first.
I have backed up my PC onto a My Passport drive and when I review the backup, all I can find are folders and files under user Marc… yet there are three other user accounts on this PC. How do I ensure everyone’s files are backed up? This PC is on its last legs and I will be replacing it soon (if it doesn’t die first), but I want to make sure I have everyone’s files, not just mine.
