Back up files not showing

Hi - I have a My Passport Ultra and two devices I’m trying to back up (HP desktop & HP laptop)

The desktop has backed up to the passport no problem

The laptop goes through the same lengthy backing up process (everything looks the same) but when I go to check the back up files when it has finished nothing is showing

Presumably this means the laptop back up has completely failed? Any suggestions for how to resolve this problem?

Please try re-install the WD Backup and check if the issue still persist.
