After formating of this devices with Windows10 standard tools, is it possible that only the USB2.0 intervace is avaiable?

If yes, how can I reset the devices that the USB is working?

Hi ober_ramstadt_1,

There is no possibility that it will change the USB 3.0 interface to 2.0 so you should update the windows drivers.

To Update Device Driver follow the below instructions.

  1. Access Device Manager.
  2. Under the Action tab, select Scan for hardware changes
  3. In Device Manager, expand Disk Drives, Portable Devices or Universal Serial Bus Controllers to determine if the device is displayed as Unknown
  4. Right-click on the Unknown Device
  5. Click Properties
  6. Select the Driver tab and click Update Driver
  7. Restart the computer
