I purchased the upgrade to WD Smartware and an activation code was issued. For the last month I’ve been trying to use the activation code to upgrade to the Pro version without success. I get a message to the effect that the code is not valid and I should try later. It is also impossible to get reaction from the WD support team in this regard as they seem to have barricaded themselves behind a myriad of “have you tried this …”.
