4TB Extreme Pro still has data loss issue?

Made a mistake of purchasing this drive. I just got a replacement and I am wondering if the data loss problem still exist? I would rather sell it as WD refused to refund so if the data loss is still a problem I would sell it for half the price being honest I guess and get Crucial X8 instead.

Anyone can give me an update if the data loss issue has been resolved or should I just get rid of this POC?
