I bout a 3tb wd passport drive to put movies on and bring to work and plug into the sony dvd player but the dvd player will not detect the external drive? I portioned the hard drive thinking it was to big to read? I put the hard drive to fat32 but it is still not being detected, I updated the dvd player. I am running out of things to try any help would be great. The hard drive works on my pc but not the dvd player?
