I need advice on how to restore images to this device, it decided to delete things… I dont know why it did it but im 100% sure i didnt prompt the deletion nor wanted it to. I transfered almost a full tb of images and videos from my usb flash drive to the passport thru my desktop … no music tho, after all transfers were completed i disconnected the passport from my d.t…and when i reconnected the passport alot of my family pictures & videos were gone from the passport.sadly after i transfered the data to the passport i cleared the thumb drive…should have known better to trust the device before being assured it worked properly…lesson learned please advise
