My hard drive starts the boot up stage but doesn’t start. It’s not on disk management. Windows recognizes it for a second when it starts to boot but it turns off immediately. The light is still on during all of this.

Meu Hd WD ELEMENTS BASIC STORAGE tbm esta assim , começou depois q copiei uns arquivo do hd (WD ELEMENTS SE) da minha irmã , acho que copiou arquivo do SE junto

Não consigo formatar ele , nem usar o programa (data lifeguard diagnostic) nele .

Meu windows 7 ultimate 64b
