2 x My Book Pro RAID 5 PROBLEM

I configured two My Book Pro 6 TB with Soft Raid in a 9 TB Raid 5 storage. I did such configurations before with My Book Thunderbolt Duo hard drives and never had any issues.
Lately my configuration with the two My Book Pro hard drives is showing me failures in two of the four hard drives. I deleted and set up everything new, but after a few days the same issue. A verification of the hard drives shows no error.
So i am wondering if its a sync problem of using two My Book Pro’s as a Raid 5 set up.

Any ideas?
