I have a 1-2 yr old Passport Ultra that I have been using on another computer. Decided to pick-up a new Passport Ultra Metal Edition yesterday. When the new passport is attached the computer will not boot. This has never been a problem with the older passport and has never been a problem with any other usb drive I have owned over the years. So I hooked up the old passport to my computer using the same cable and guess what? The computer boots normally. There is a problem (change) in the new passport. Need some help figuring this out. Both computers running Win7.

Check on the Bios to see if the PC is trying to boot from the portable drive. If the option is enable, try disabling that.
