#1. Insane support

Two times I went to the email support form for help with a problem with a new My Book. Twice I filled out the form completely. Both times when I clicked “submit” I was told that some value was missing (none was), and the only alternative was to start over. That is really BAD HTML. I hope the same people aren’t writing WD software, although that would explain a lot.

I have encountered the same problem & the e mail went through anyway.

WD Support has always responded quickly & helped me with any question I have had.

Most likely it went through.
