Hi, I have installed the secure access software and moved all the files inside the new folder. Now I am not able to delete/add any data in my pendrive. I tried to format the data also. But i am getting error as “The Disk is write Protected” Kindly help me to solve this issue. I use Sandisk Cruzer Switch 8gb pendrive. Thanks & Regards, Raj

if the drive itself is write protected then there is nothing you can do and the drive needs to be replaced with a new one. for that you can contact the sandisk support direct or go to the place of purchase for warranty replacement.
