Download firmware version 1.29, followed directions to install. When player disconnected from computer, message appears on Sport screen indicating update is beginning but then says Open File Error. I have tried downloading fresh file but continue to get error message.
if you have the clip sport plus 1.29 is not the FW you should be installing. FW 2.02 is stickied at the top of this board.
