original file names for Cruzer Glide flashdrive

I have a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 16GB flash drive.  It came with the Secure Vault encrypter, which I have used.  Later I changed the names of the folders intending just to make them concise.  Now I cannot access my docs in the vault.  The names of the files (after changing) in the drive now are:

SanDisk SecureAccess
SanDiskSecureAccess Settings
SanDiskSecureAccessV3
SecureAccess.exe

Would someone tell me please what the original names of these files were?

In a USB backup folder that I have I see:

SanDiskSecureAccess

System

SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win.exe

I never implimented SecureAccess on it so there is no vault file.
