i bought it yesterday.

I followed your instructions with Device Manager and change the drive letter and it did not change anything.

pls tell me what can i do!

(Foolishly I threw the receipt of purchase but I have proof of purchase by credit.)

Have you tried different USB ports?

Have you tried different pcs?

It should be plug and play. Worth the shot but this isn’t XP for an OS, correct? I’d say try another PC too. The one that’s know to work fine with other USB devices.

other usb’s (san disk 4G) is working fine on my pc. this one dosen’t

  ¡Hola!

Esimado Usuario

2- Luego, usaremos, tres pequeños programas Portables (free):

Suerte.

  Hello!

Dear User

Actually, you already did all I would, in a first step.
It is possible, then, that there is a conflict between your PC and the Cruzer, it could be corrupt a line, in the registry…

See on the Event Viewer, what happens, and then you tell us.
In addition, see also in the “Task Manager”, the processes which are running, and see what are the ‘necessary’ and what to delete.

Please, for the second stage, if you feel like, do the following:

1 - Make a “Restore Point” handbook, for security, [and not risk screwing up].
2 - Then, we use three small programs Portables (free):

CCleaner 4.10 [P],                            -to general cleaning.
USB Deview 2.29 (en,es) [P]          -to see ‘happens in USB’.
USB Scrub Cleans 1.00 [P]            -to clean ‘garbage in USB’.

To not lose longer, you can download here (free):

But,if you do not feel wanting, please, you should not suffer more, return it.

Luck.
