Is "SDSDQY-064G-U46A" the same as "SDSDQUA-064G-A11A"?

I’ve seen many retailers advertising their “SDSDQY-064G-U46A” as “Class 10” or even with “UHS-I”. But the official web page <http://www.sandisk.de/products/mobile-memory-products/sandisk-ultra-microsdxc-card> does not show such information.

Are these sellers cheating? Is “SDSDQY-064G-U46A” simply the same thing as “SDSDQUA-064G-A11A” under a different name?

SDSDQUA-064G-A11A is a class 10 UHS-I card in US packaging that has the android logo on it.

SDSDQY-064G-U46A is a class 6 card in EU packaging

Tell me, why then is indicated on the packaging SDSDQY-064G-U46A UHS-I class 10?
