  1.  Without more information as to the ‘problem’ you are having, nobody can even guess at what a solution might be.
  2. If this is a ‘generic’ card/drive, and not a SanDisk brand, all you’re likely to receive as far as help is very basic flash memory knowledge or suggestions. It may or may not help you, but as I said in #1 we first have to know what the problem is.
