Just purchased a new fuze 4g it will not install wma protected files from overdrive media console the error is “can’t obtain the device certificate” the unit will load mp3 and any of my music just fine. I have a older sansa clip and it will download the same files the fuze wont. I have formatted the unit many times no change i have downloaded the newest firmware version 02.03.31A usb is MTP but i tried MSC make no difference. Overdrive tech support cant help, sansa tech support has no solution. Now I am out of ideas. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you for your time
Never heard of Overdrive not working with the Fuze. Very odd. Worked fine on mine.
Have you done the WINDOWS MEDIA SECURITY UPGRADE within Overdrive?
