I’d forgotten my password (is there a way to use this devise without a password?) and having looked up something on the internet, ended up deleting the bottom safe door file (when you open the device, there’s the safe door, two other files and a safe door again), by mistake - I think I was meant to delete something else in order to reset the password… Is there anyway to retrieve what I deleted?

Yes, use Windows Explorer to move files to and from the drive.

Possibly but even if you recover it, without the password you will not be able to recover anything that was saved in the vault.

I have a 32GB usb drive. I can access all the files. I updated the SanDiskSecureAccessV2_win.exe file and now my password does not work.
I tried to reformat and no luck. How can I reset this flash drive so the password works?
