Just bought an ixpander for use with my ipad 2 and despite having all the latest apple ios upgrade of 9.3.2, when I plug the device in, it is not recognised by my ipad. Extremely frustrated as I have spent quite a lot of time trying to sort this out. Very poor information about this product and trouble shooting.
If you are using the iXpand USB 2.0 This one, you may need to update the Firmware in order for it to work on iOS 9+
