i’ve been using the sansa media converter to convert video files for over a year now and i haven’t experienced any problems until now. the converter recognizes my sd card as 2 gb but in reality it’s 8. i’ve used this same sd card for previous conversions. i deleted some old files to replace with new ones. some new ones were said to be added but when i looked at my fuze, the files weren’t on there. i checked through the computer and couldn’t find them. it said that i had no files on it. thanks in advance.
Have you tried formatting the card?
I figured out the problem. It converted the files onto my usb that that was hooked up. Thanks though
