Media Converter to convert and upload

Hi All,

I used Media Converter to convert and upload video to my Sansa e270. Then the Sansa sees the file but say’s it needs to be converted using Media Converter. But I did convert it.

Anyone else having this problem?

i think you need to update your firmware if you’re experiencing issues like this…
