Hello!
The charge indicator is a close estimate of remeining battery life based upon past peformance. If the battery is routinely “topped off” by plugging in, over time, the device may need to relearn the characteristics o fthe battery. Mine do this a bit over time.
You can simply use the device until it shuts down, then recharge. This “long cycle” is all that’s needed for it to relearn.
