I use a SanDisk Clip Sport Plus for Audible Books. Everything works fine when I use the Audible Manager.
My problem is, when I try to use the Audible App, no sound comes out of the right earpiece. I normally use a Bose headset, no sound out of the right ear piece. When I use the earpiece that came with the device, no sound comes out of the right earpiece. When I use a wireless head set, no sound comes out of the right earpiece. Again, this is just when using the Audible App.
I purchased a new SanDisk Clip Sport Plus, just got it today. Same thing, so it is not the device!.
Works fine when I transfer through the old Audible Manager.
I use the Audible App installed on a Windows 10 computer, transferred to the SanDisk.
I spent some time on the phone with Audible support. The said they have no idea, suggested that I continue to use the Audible Manager.
Anybody got an idea what is going on with the Audible App?
