For me any support links lead to kb.sandisk.com and that has always been offline since I got my fuze+ a month ago.
I have especially checked with open dns, but it doesn't seem to be a dns issue. That server is just down...

yes, that is where the link goes for me:
I can't make contact with kb.sandisk.com. Neither from internet explorer. If for you this server is reachable, I will do some further research where the problem is located.

If you need technical assist, phoning seems to be faster and easier, in the end.
