 So i just delete the data folder inside of system and that will get rid of rhapsody

No. Re-read this post from further up in this thread.

 

Deleting the Data folder inside of the System folder will just force the player to re-build it's database from scratch, rather than simply 'refreshing' it.

Plug in your Sansa.

 

Open a Windows Explorer window via [Windows key] + E, or My Computer.

 

Right click on the Sansa and select Properties.  Select the Auto Play tab.  Select Take No Action and the player won't cause any applications to open when plugged in.  You can then manage the device manually.
